About Us

The Scottsdale Cal Ripken Baseball League (SCR) is a non-profit youth baseball league in Scottsdale, Arizona. Established in 1988, we are one of the oldest youth baseball leagues in the area. Supporting 1000 kids each season SCR is one of the largest in the State of Arizona. The league's mission is to provide a positive and enriching experience for all of its players, regardless of their age or skill level.  SCR is a 501(c)3 non-profit entity and is run completely by a volunteer board of directors.

We offer recreational, developmental, and competitive leagues in the Spring and Fall for players aged 4-12 and all skill levels.  The league participates in a summer tournament for players who want to compete at a higher level.

The league is a member of the Cal Ripken Baseball organization, a national youth baseball organization with over 100 leagues across the United States. Cal Ripken Baseball is dedicated to providing safe, fun, and affordable baseball opportunities for all children.
